From Paris, by public transportation There are three railway stations in Versailles, which correspond to three different railway (SNCF or RER) lines coming from Paris: Versailles Rive Droite station (Versailles RD) is the closest to Trusted Logic (3' walk). It is the last stop of a SNCF line (Transilien) which starts at Paris Saint-Lazare station in the Opéra district (1 train every 15'). This SNCF line connects with RER A at La Défense station. RER A may bring you from central places in Paris, like Place de l'Etoile, Opera, Châtelet-Les Halles or Gare de Lyon. Versailles Rive Gauche, or Versailles-Château (Versailles RG), is the last stop of a line (RER C) which runs along the line of the Seine from Paris Gare d'Austerlitz, Notre-Dame passing via the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. This station is the closest to the Versailles palace, and at a walking distance (7' to 10' walk) from Trusted Logic, but the trains are less frequent than to Versailles RD. Versailles Chantiers is a major railway hub; trains coming from Paris leave at the Paris Montparnasse station. To get to Trusted Logic, you can walk (15' to 20' walk), or take the blue Versailles city bus B direction "Rocquencourt" (6' to 10' minutes ride, runs every 10 minutes) or bus G direction "Pershing". To take a bus, walk down the ramp in front of the station; bus G is there, bus B is on the other side of the main street; get off the B or G bus at "place du Marché Notre-Dame" stop. It is always advised to verify train schedules, especially in the summer: regular trains can be less frequent in July and August; works may timely interrupt the traffic. From Paris, by car or taxi Taxi from Paris Taking a taxi from Paris is the most convenient way to get to Trusted Logic. This will cost you around 30 euros. Car from Paris Take the "Autoroute de l'Ouest" (A13 in the direction of "Rouen/St. Quentin-en-Yvelines"). Get out at first exit, "Versailles Centre/Vaucresson". Take a left towards Versailles, follow the main direction (several crossings, some curves) until the road crosses over a railway track in a steep way down. Then, take to the right (Boulevard de la Reine) at the stop light. Finally, take a left at the second stop light (Avenue du Maréchal Foch). Continue straight on to the Place du Marché.

 

From Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG) airport By public transportation Fastest route if no traffic Take the RATP bus "Roissybus" to "Paris-Opéra". There, walk to the RER A station "Auber". Buy a direct ticket to Versailles Rive Droite. Take any westbound train in the direction of Saint-Germain-en-Laye or Cergy-Saint-Christophe. Change train at "La Défense" to "Versailles Rive Droite" (follow signs for "Correspondance SNCF-Voyageurs munis de billets combinés"). Slower but traffic-independent route Go to the train station "Roissy rail" (if you are in the Roissy 1 building [the round one] take airport shuttle bus to "Roissypôle"; otherwise walk). Buy a direct ticket to Versailles Rive Droite. Take any train to Paris. Change train at "Châtelet / Les Halles" for the RER A line, direction "Saint-Germain-en-Laye". Change train at "La Défense" to "Versailles Rive Droite" (follow signs for "Correspondance SNCF-Voyageurs munis de billets combinés"). Allow at least an hour and a half from the airport to Versailles Rive Droite. By taxi The most convenient way, at least 60 €.

 

From Orly (ORY) Airport By public transportation Fastest route if no traffic Take the Air France Bus to the "Gare Montparnasse" station in Paris. From there, take a train to Versailles Chantiers. Allow at least an hour from the airport to Versailles. Then see "From Paris, by public transportation". Slower but traffic-independent routes Take the RER C or rather (user advice) the OrlyVal shuttle, that connects with RER B in Antony, in the direction of Paris; then get to RER A and to La Défense, like from Roissy CDG.
